Translation guide for developers

Create google translation

• run: lj tool/language/translate_google.lua "en" "pl"
• the first parameter is the language code from which to translate en=English
• the second parameter is the language code where to translate, pl=Polish
• result:
  • translated language en -> pl, 941 of total 2165 in: 00:02:50.71 seconds
  • speed: 5.51 translations / seconds
• add language to web/ma/script/main.coffee
  • move later codes to preference/user
